- After cleaning your hands, insert 1 suppository vaginally for 7 consecutive days at Bedtime. If the symptoms persist, keep inserting as needed for up to 14 days to balance your PH. Then, insert a suppository 2 to 3 times per week and after sex until you no longer have any symptoms.
- A discharge while using the vaginal suppositories is normal. Make sure to wear a panty liner. You can benefit from using one suppository during the last days of your period, after sex or as needed.
